PRICING DEFINITIONS
 

"EARLY" - Early pricing applies to any time leading up to the "EARLY" registration deadline. Registration forms AND payment must be postmarked or faxed at least 2 months prior to the event. Specific deadlines are listed for each event.

 

"ON-TIME" - On-Time pricing applies to any time leading up to the "ON-TIME" registration deadline. Registration forms AND payment must be postmarked or faxed at least 1 month prior to the event. Specific deadlines are listed for each event.

 

"FINAL" - Final pricing applies after the "ON-TIME" registration deadline has passed. "FINAL" registrations must be received at least one week prior to the first event day. Registrations will NOT be accepted the week of an event! Any payment after the “ON-TIME” deadline must be in the form of a certified check, money order or credit card.

 
Crossover - A "crossover" is a cheerleader or dancer that competes on more than one team from the same gym/school and at the same event. The "crossover" fee does NOT apply to a participant who is on a school team and an all-star team. "Crossover" participants must pay the full registration fee for the first team and will pay the discounted "crossover" fee for each additional team.
 
Collegiate - All collegiate participants must be official students of the school team they are representing.    Participants may not represent more than one school.  Please see “divisions” page for more info.
 
Open Team - A program must have 60 or more participants (cheer or cheer/dance programs) or 35 or more participants (dance only programs) fully registered in the corresponding event to receive the FREE registration. 
  • Open teams must submit a registration form, team member list and a fully completed team waiver form. 
  • Special Pricing does not apply to International Open or International Open Co-Ed Teams. 
  • Open divisions ARE competitive divisions. 
  • All teams will receive a placement trophy. 
  • Participants will receive all gifts and champion gear (if applicable).
 
Parent Team - This is NOT a competitive division. Teams will receive judging comments, but teams will not be ranked within the division.
  • Parent teams must submit a registration form, team member list and fully completed waiver forms.
  • Parent teams will not receive Champion Gear. 
  • All parent teams will receive individual awards for each registered participant. 
  • Participants will not receive champion gear.
